We are currently searching for highly motivated individuals to drive AT&T sales throughout the 9 Southeastern states. Our focus is business to business sales. We work exclusively through independent agents.

 

 

About Us

SB Telecom (SBT) targets small to medium sized businesses for network service sales through AT&T.  We are an AT&T Master Solution Provider.

The focus of our company is to acquire new business and up-sell existing business on AT&T products. SB Telecom is not a reseller or third party vendor.  We have been selected by AT&T to represent them on-site and face-to-face with customers. We act on behalf of AT&T to bring our customers the latest products, promotions, discounts and programs in the AT&T system. Because we act for AT&T, there is no difference in pricing or promotions between us and the AT&T representatives on the phone. 

By providing face-to-face interaction with the customer, we provide a higher level of service and assist in the retention and growth of AT&T�s base. By establishing branch offices in key markets and hiring talented sales agents, SBT expands AT&T�s coverage and increase market share not otherwise obtainable through other means. 

Each outside salesperson is dedicated to the sale of AT&T products. Most have extensive backgrounds in telecommunications and are trained and coached by the company management in conjunction with an in-depth training program by AT&T. 

Administration is done by personnel dedicated to AT&T administrative procedures in our Atlanta office.

AT&T believes relationships are the key to customer loyalty. We partner with telecommunications vendors who pair their business expertise with the AT&T network to provide packaged solutions and build strong customer relationships. Our Partners provide customers with network packaged solutions that are tailored to an individual customer�s needs. We rely on our Partners to provide AT&T customers with a single point of contact, access to our customer care representatives and consultative services that strengthen the relationships we must create in order to be successful. 

SB Telecom has passed a rigorous selection process to become part of the Distribution team. They have also completed extensive product training and must be certified before they can begin selling any AT&T service. We also monitor their performance to ensure they maintain our standard of excellence.
